The Royal Hobart Hospital is Tasmania’s largest hospital with 501 beds and the major referral centre.
The facility provides acute, sub-acute, mental health and aged care inpatient and ambulatory services.
Supporting around 250,000 Tasmanians in the southern region, they are a major clinical teaching and research site for The University of Tasmania and other institutions and have been helping Tasmanians from our current site for over 200 years.
The Hospital employs around 3,000 people.
